Come Seaz the Day with a stay in this beautiful, versatile beach cottage with amenities that will please guests of all ages. Situated across from the park in the desirable Olivia Beach neighborhood, this two-level home features an elevated great room and spacious king suite, plus downstairs bedrooms and a bonus room that opens through French doors to a patio with a hot tub, gas grill, table, chimney and hammock that extend the fun. The upstairs living room has a gas fireplace, TV/DVD and plush furnishings for lounging, plus high ceilings and windows that bring in the Pacific light. An inviting farmhouse-style kitchen with a gas range has all the equipment you need for meals at the adjoining dining table and breakfast bar. The living space downstairs includes sofas around a Roku TV and gas fire, games galore. The queen bedroom downstairs is a serene retreat, and the bunk room across the hall will delight the kids. Being in Olivia Beach also gives you access to the playground, volleyball court and fire pit across the street, the summertime swimming pool, and of course the neighborhood access to the sandy beach. Walk to the shops and restaurants in the Nelscott District, or hop in the car to the Lincoln City Outlets or Chinook Winds Casino. We had a great visit! Wonderful house. Very comfortable and beautiful home. Thank you for allowing us to spend the week in your home. We come to Lincoln City every year for the Vache family reunion. We are so happy after 20+ years to find such a beautiful beach home. We already have plans to return next year!

We loved the property but had a few suggestions for future rentals... the home was shown to 8 guests but the kitchen did not have very many coffee mugs for all. Please note, all other kitchen items were fantastic. Also, the upstairs "main living room" didn't have the ability to play movies only downstairs.. might be a benefit to have the upstairs tv available to movies... just in our scenario the kids were downstairs with the tv and play area. all in all, Seaz the Day was a great home. thank you.

We have stayed at several properties in the past however, Seaz the Day is our new Favorite! It was perfect for our stay. We appreciated so much the extra touch of holiday decor as well the well organized home. We also loved the huge movie library as well as the games downstairs. Everything was perfect for our stay. PLEASE thank the homeowners for their wonderful special touches they do to the home like the flowers outside and they special decor. We will be back for sure! Thank you for helping make our holiday break very memorable!

This was our first time at Olivia Beach and Seaz the Day. We had such a wonderful time. I couldn't ask for a better property for our family of 6. Kids had a great time with all the games, hammock and movies. We appreciated the close beach access (lots of stairs!!). The community itself is adorable and felt very safe. We will definitely be back.
